Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team at Fitness Gymn. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), and Digital Marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and foster customer engagement.
    • Create detailed marketing plans aligned with business objectives, targeting diverse client segments across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • ATL Marketing:
    • Plan and execute above-the-line advertising campaigns across traditional media platforms such as TV, radio, and print.
    • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • BTL Marketing:
    • Coordinate below-the-line marketing activities including events, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
    • Identify strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers for cross-promotions and collaborations.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Develop engaging content strategies across digital platforms to drive brand engagement and lead acquisition.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote membership offers, events, and fitness programs.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Implement CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track leads, and personalize marketing communications.
    • Utilize CRM data to segment audiences and tailor marketing messages based on customer preferences and behaviors.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Conduct regular analysis of marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to the management team.

Skill & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles with a focus on ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies.
    • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
