J’adore Travel is seeking a passionate, sales-driven, and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our team in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell local and international tour packages.

• Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.

• Handle flight, hotel, and tour bookings.

• Advise clients on travel destinations and requirements.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel agency or tour consultancy role.

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of reservation systems is an added advantage.
