Our client is looking for a creative and highly skilled Visual Media Specialist to strengthen its brand through photography, videography, digital design and compelling visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating high-quality content for property listings, social media, digital campaigns, events and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit professional property photos and videos.
• Create reels, short-form videos, graphics and other digital content.
• Manage visual content for social media, websites and property platforms.
• Develop creative campaigns and new content ideas.
• Produce media packs, presentations and visual assets for the sales team.
• Support drone photography, virtual tours and premium property shoots.
• Cover corporate events and produce photography and highlight videos.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all visual content.
• Track content performance, engagement, reach and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing and digital content creation.
• Strong skills in graphic design and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels and other digital platforms.
• Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit and deliver polished content.
• Creative, innovative and up to date with visual and social media trends.
• Experience in real estate, property, lifestyle or luxury brands is an added advantage.
• Drone photography/videography experience is desirable.
