Job Description

We’re hiring a Customer Experience Agent for a high-end home and interiors business in Nairobi.

We’re looking for someone who is polished, customer-focused and confident engaging clients across DMs, WhatsApp and calls. The role will also involve following up on enquiries, recommending suitable products and helping convert customer interest into sales.

Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline and an interest in home décor and interiors.
