Key Achievements Active participant in the formation and running of welfare schemes for staff – this assisted more than 90% of staff members and their families when the need occurred. Ensured adherence to HR policies such as leave,recruitment and performance management and spearheaded the execution of the same with support from my supervisor which led to an overall 85% improvement of processes and as a result improved output from employees. Designed and implemented a tracking tool for contract, probation and performance review for all staff and this led to accurate reports for tracking 80% of the output of all staff and enable proper HR planning. Prepared redundancy letters for all the (160) staff that were affected when the company closed down, in line with Employment Act requirements on redundancy.
