1. Ensure safety work practice is adhered to during machine operation by operators. 2. Ensure 6S Management is adhered to all the time in the production line. 3. Troubleshooting and attending to machine stoppages and breakdowns. 4. Ensure finished product coming out of the production line adheres to set product standard by checking quality of raw materials and monitoring machine during operation. 5. Inspecting and ensure smooth operation of other production units such as fan systems, dust collection system,, compression system, glue system, material unwinding and control system. 6. Prepare and submit daily raw material consumption and production report. 7. Ensure machine routine maintenance and inspection is done as per schedule and parts changed accordingly

1. Inspecting and assessing the functionality of plant machines. 2. Servicing and maintaining equipment such as compressors, pumps, blowers, conveyor belts, cooling towers and bucket elevators. 3. Troubleshooting and attending to mechanical breakdowns. 4. Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks. 5. ISO documentation and recording any breakdown and maintenance. 6. Preparing and submitting maintenance reports. 7. Escalate to the departmental head on emerging issues.

1. Perform preventive maintenance as per the schedule. 2. Ensure smooth running, continuous monitoring and maintenance of the critical machines such as 3. compressors, pumps, blowers, conveyor belts and elevators. 4. ISO documentation and recording any breakdown and maintenance. 5. Keep file record of equipment preventive maintenance as directed by departmental head. 6. Ensure availability of spares, issue items from the store and keep record of the same. 7. Responsible for compliance and Implementation of: Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Company policies & procedures in the allocated work area allocated. 9. Escalate to the departmental head on emerging issues

i. Overhaul of lube oil cooler flat plate heat exchanger ii. Overhaul of the engines turbo charger. iii. Overhaul of the engines fuel supply and return pipes. iv. Overhaul of the low and high temperature engine driven pumps together with the lube oil pump. v. Minor preventive maintenance on the running plant engines and auxiliary equipment vi. Routine inspection and maintenance of exhaust gas boilers and pumps. vii. Routine inspection and maintenance of starting and control air compressors.
