Monitor adherence to procedures and process controls, food safety and quality standards and act on any deviation Ensure relevant records are updated Assist in root cause analysis for any non-conformance that may arise to deter reoccurrence Ensuring that swabs and rinses from every machine are taken after cleaning for microbial analysis Ensuring exposures for microbial tests before and after fumigation are taken as per procedure Monitor adherence to requisite procedures before, during and after production Ensure real-time sampling of products for incubation is done as per procedure Monitor adherence to safety, health, housekeeping and environmental standards, policies and procedures Confirm coding and sealing integrity of products in conformity of SOP
