Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional who works with people, couples, families, and professionals who want to be empowered and make great life changes. My mission is to teach individuals how to effectively adjust to life’s obstacles while remaining loyal to their principles in order to help them get “unstuck” from overpowering negative thoughts. I think everyone deserves to live a more conscious, happy, meaningful, and satisfying life. I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Francis College, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University.
