Job Description
Our client is a leading non-deposit taking microfinance with 27 branches countrywide. The company offers wide range of products from logbook loans, title deed loans, salary checkoff loans, SME and business loans. With over 500 energetic staff members, the company is looking for individuals to join its leadership team as Branch Managers. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in credit and lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides oversight and management for the day to day running of the branch.
- Oversee sales and marketing execution in the branch to bring in qualified customers, provide customers with a positive experience and efficient management of customer pipeline.
- Together with branch staff, keenly manage all Non-performing loans to maintain quality of the book.
- Together with the branch staff, develop strategies to maintain and continuously improve service to the customers.
- In charge of Human Resource Administration at the branch including hiring, disciplinary action, staff documentation and filling, employee relations
Skill & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business field from a recognized institution of higher learning / Credit certification or any other.
- At least 3 years practical working experience as a branch manager in Credit in a MFI/Finance Institution.
- Demonstrates leadership skills.
- Working knowledge in IT skills (MS Office especially Excel)
