Job Description

The main role of the Client Service is to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders by initiating and maintaining favorable relationships with client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand key services offered by the company
  • Understand the company’s portfolio of client and what they offer
  • Understand companies work flows and delivery protocols for the services offered
  • Negotiate timelines, manage client expectations and delivery processes for assigned projects
  • Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade services.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customers and projects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client
  • Asses client’s needs and upsell them on possible services that the company offers to maximize
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer
  • Help prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after sale

Skill & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Business related course.
  • Must have experience in client Relationship management
  • 2-3 Years of experience
  • Experience in digital content agencies is an added advantage
