Job Description
The main role of the Client Service is to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders by initiating and maintaining favorable relationships with client.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand key services offered by the company
- Understand the company’s portfolio of client and what they offer
- Understand companies work flows and delivery protocols for the services offered
- Negotiate timelines, manage client expectations and delivery processes for assigned projects
- Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade services.
- Analyze customer needs and develop innovative
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customers and projects
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client
- Asses client’s needs and upsell them on possible services that the company offers to maximize
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer
- Help prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sale
Skill & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business related course.
- Must have experience in client Relationship management
- 2-3 Years of experience
- Experience in digital content agencies is an added advantage
