Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage and execute an overall marketing strategy that supports marketing communications, creatives and digital marketing, product marketing, events, project management, public relations as well as brand awareness.
2. Key analysis of the beauty industry market trends and consumer insights to understand consumer and market requirements.
3. Plan and drive long-term business strategies for the brand to ensure optimal and steady growth of the company.
4. Develop and improve the workflow within the marketing department to be more effective.
5. Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders across functional teams in providing recommendations to address identified service gaps and enhance the brand experience.

Skill & Experience

1.Degree or diploma in Mass Communication / Marketing / Business Relations or equivalent.
2. MUST HAVE experience in the Cosmetic or Beauty industry.
3. Good understanding of in-store sales, branding and ATL and BTL as well as social media marketing.
4. Good understanding of PR, have a vibrant personality and have good communication skills.
5. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE OR CURRENTLY LIVING IN BUSIA
