Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to drive business growth through the promotion and sale of the Healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, and individual clients to increase patient referrals, corporate partnerships, and service uptake.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, a strong passion for healthcare sales, and the ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sustainable client partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Business Development and Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for healthcare services.
- Generate leads and secure partnerships with healthcare professionals and individual clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets.
- Conduct client presentations and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
2. Service Promotion and Brand Awareness
- Promote Evolve Well Healthcare’s services, wellness programs, diagnostics, health screenings, and preventive care initiatives.
- Organize and participate in health camps, medical outreaches, wellness events, and corporate health awareness programs.
- Increase brand visibility through strategic networking and stakeholder engagement.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and referral partners.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
4. Corporate Healthcare Partnerships
- Market corporate medical packages, occupational health services, annual medical check-ups, and employee wellness programs.
- Negotiate service agreements and contracts with corporate organizations.
- Coordinate implementation of healthcare programs for corporate clients.
5. Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning
- Conduct market research to identify healthcare trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.
- Identify emerging opportunities and support the development of new healthcare solutions.
6. Sales Reporting and Administration
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM systems and sales databases with relevant client information.
- Track performance against established sales targets and KPIs.
7. Community Engagement and Outreach
- Represent well healthcare at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and community forums.
- Build strategic partnerships that enhance community access to healthcare services.
- Support community health education initiatives and awareness campaigns.
8. Compliance and Professional Conduct
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, ethical marketing practices, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
- Uphold the professional image and values of Well Healthcare at all times.
9. Continuous Learning and Professional Development
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, healthcare financing, insurance products, and wellness programs.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Experience selling healthcare services, wellness programs, diagnostics, or corporate healthcare solutions is an added advantage.
